Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

There is no fixed-term contract and no minimum monthly commitment. You may cancel your subscription or coaching membership at any time by providing written notice via email or direct message to Scale with Shumaila™. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partially used periods.

2. Disclaimer of Results

Individual results may vary. The strategies, tools, and coaching frameworks provided by Scale with Shumaila™ are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Your results will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your offer, level of execution, experience, market conditions, and available resources.

3. Time Frame for Provision of Services

Scale with Shumaila™ shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed-upon services and/or digital products in a timely manner, subject to the following time frames:

(a) For standard services, delivery will occur within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from receipt of full payment.

(b) For services deemed complex or custom by Scale with Shumaila™, delivery may require ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of full payment.

(c) In all cases, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by both parties, the commencement of service delivery shall begin from the date full payment is received.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom.

4. Additional Services and Scope Changes

Any services outside the originally agreed scope—including but not limited to additional coaching calls, custom content creation, ad account management, or strategic consulting—shall be considered Additional Services and will incur additional fees.

Requests for Additional Services must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and a separate written agreement or invoice. No Additional Services will be rendered without prior written consent from both parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, training materials, and proprietary strategies provided during the engagement remain the sole intellectual property of Scale with Shumaila™. You are granted a non-transferable, limited-use license for personal or internal business use only. Distribution, resale, or replication without written permission is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and consultative nature of the services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you have any concerns regarding the services rendered, you must notify Scale with Shumaila™ in writing within five (5) business days of delivery to discuss resolution options, if any.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
